Following the participation of a course organized by the C.I.A. Asti growing organically during 2001, and in the belief that the old methods of cultivation were not to be underestimated, indeed, to take into account, because the more environmentally friendly and less polluting, "Azienda Vitivinicola Tre Acini" has chosen to convert the method of cultivation officially adhering to the standards set for organic farming which prohibit, among other things, the absolute use of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.
After the conversion period, has led to the certification of the product from the 2005 crop harvest.
The certifying body of "Azienda Vitivinicola Tre Acini” is the I.C.E.A..
